Returns & Refunds

The clothes at Eveleen are on a made to order basis.
Once your order is confirmed/delivered, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
However, we are happy to assist you with any alterations.
A Courier charge will be applicable for the same.
Exchange will be allowed for no other reason besides damage.
In case you receive a damaged product (tear/stain), please write to us at contact@shopeveleen.com within 7 days after receiving the product.
The product should be unused, unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact.
After receiving the product, our team will assess it and then the exchange will be accepted.
