Can I cancel / modify my order?
  • We start processing your order as soon as we receive it.
  • However, you can cancel/modify your order within 24hours.
  • Drop us an email with your Name and Order Details at contact@shopeveleen.com.
  • In case of cancellation, we only provide a store credit which is vaild for 3 months.
How do I know the status of my order?
  • Once your order is ready to be dispatched/shipped, you’ll be notified.
  • You can check the status of your delivery by clicking on the tracking link.
  • You can also track your order using the Order Tracking section on our website.
  • Enter your Order ID and email to track the order.

How can I use a Promo / Discount Code?
